During the Great Depression, stars didn’t tone down their looks. They wore big diamonds, lavish satin gowns and lots of fur. Audiences wanted their celebrities to look glamorous, and they were never disappointed. But times have changed. The stars walkingthe red carpet at the 66th Golden Globe Awards Sunday night looked like they weren’t sure how to dress when many of their fans may be struggling financially. Looking too ostentatious just would’nt do, even if everything they had on was borrowed for the evening. An elegant Anne Hathaway was among the many stars dressed in blue. Anne Hathaway is a celebrity style icon at Golden Globe award. I really don’t mind that she has pale skin – I think of it as a gorgeos canvass. Anne Hathaway wore a strapless royal blue silk gazar gown from Giorgio Armani Prive which is embroidered with Swarvoksi Crystals. She accented her look with vintage diamond and sapphire earrings and dramatic smoky eyes. Her hair was styled in an updo and the look was completed with red lips. When your dress does all the talking, you don’t want your eyes and lips to overshadow your overall effect.
Classic and elegant. One just couldn’t help but be in awe with the Best Actress nominee’s beauty. Anne Hathaway has sure put herself in my Best Red Carpet look list. She was really look Stunning.
